Gov. Perry was joined by Sen. Dan Patrick and Rep. Rene Oliviera on June 16, 2009 to sign House Bill 4765 which lowers the tax burden for more than 40,000 small businesses by tripling the small business tax exemption from $300,000 to $1 million.
