Wizard101 is an elaborate virtual world of Wizardry in which magic and sorcery come to life in a quest that involves a massive cast of good, evil and frequently silly characters. With seven schools of magic, aspiring Wizards can learn hundreds of spells and summon such creatures as Humongofrog, Evil Snowman, and Ninja Pigs. The game's collaborative play style means users complete adventurous quests in mystical worlds and perform magic duels alongside other Wizards, all in the fight to save Wizard City.

With offices in Austin and Dallas, Kingsisle Entertainment was founded in 2005 to create massively multiplayer online games (MMOGs). Kingsisle's leadership is made up of industry veterans with experience in game development, online environments, communications and commercial software. In addition to Wizard101, the company is simultaneously designing a second unannounced MMOG.
