Texan Jonathan Black recently uncovered a 1917 draft registration card at the National Archives that shed light on some of the mysteries surrounding pre-war Texas blues legend Blind Lemon Jefferson. Black's discoveries were published in the October 2007 issue of Living Blues Magazine.
