Alamo Village's versatile sets include an authentic Western town with jail, saloons, general store, bank, hotel, church, stable, blacksmith shop and two dozen other buildings. Other sets include an adobe mission/fort, Mexican village and a ranch/farm set. Also have stagecoaches, wagons and other period vehicles, as well as horses, Texas Longhorn cattle and other livestock, and a variety of guns, props and set dressing. Surrounding acreage offers a variety of terrain, including mountains, caves and creeks. |

BATTLESHIP TEXAS(Houston area) |

Battleship TEXAS is the last surviving U.S. Navy battleship to serve in both World Wars and is the world's only remaining battleship patterned after HMS DREADNOUGHT. The most powerful weapon in the world when commissioned in 1914, TEXAS became the nation's first museum battleship when the Navy towed her to a permanent berth near Houston, Texas and transferred her to the state, in San Jacinto Day ceremonies on April 21, 1948. TEXAS has since earned designations as a National Historic Engineering Landmark (1975) and a National Historic Landmark (1977). |

The CF Ranch headquarters is located in the Davis Mountains between Alpine and Fort Davis where a huge Spanish mission and western town stand in good condition. All of the CF Ranches, which are located in West Texas and New Mexico, make up more than 100,000 acres in which there is pure diversity. The wide-open spaces are filled with mountains, valleys, hills, water and unique rock formations. The dirt roads are in good shape. Motels are close by. Permanent sets include a Spanish-style mission and an early Western town with eight buildings: a general store, hotel, blacksmith shop, church, farrier shop and others. DALLAS MIDDLE EASTERN SET(Dallas/Fort Worth area)

The Dallas Middle Eastern Set was created in 2003 for the NBC TV movie SAVING JESSICA LYNCH. This three block area just two miles from downtown Dallas was designed to accurately simulate An Nasiriyah, Iraq, the city where the U.S. soldier, Private Jessica Lynch, was captured and held hostage. It's available for film, video, industrials, stills and other creative purposes. It includes an interior Middle Eastern home/apartment that is easily reconfigured into a Mexican pueblo or similar. Exterior streets can double for Old Mexico, other international or Middle Eastern locales. Available props and set dressing includes palm trees, military vehicles, debris and sand. Air conditioned holding area, dressing rooms and office on-site. |

ENCHANTED SPRINGS RANCH(San Antonio area)

Enchanted Springs Ranch has 30 permanent, authentic Western buildings including a Judge Roy Bean saloon, hotels, livery, restaurant, mercantile, bank, dress shop, saloon, jail, meat market, old homestead, barns, windmills, water tank and few Spanish-style buildings; plus, three large interior sets with room for expansion and numerous props, wagons, horses, cattle and exotics. The ranch has two beautiful creeks surrounded by trees, rock bluffs, and numerous oaks, elms, pecans and sycamores. Plus, there's a 20 foot majestic waterfall, old rock fence, large fields and lots of elevation change. Latest filming is "Battlefield Detectives" to be shown December 2004 on the History Channel. |

About 18 minutes and 120 years from downtown Dallas, Old Fort Dallas offers visitors an authentic return to an old west town. The town encompasses approximately 43 acres, featuring 28 climate controlled structures, most of which are replicas of actual buildings constructed in the late 1870's. Complete with a saloon and a jail, the campus also includes a beautiful wooded lake. Old Fort Dallas can be dressed to suit several periods and styles. |

Star Hill Ranch is an event facility and permanent movie set located 15 miles west of Austin in the Village of Bee Cave. Nestled on 31 acres in a pristine Hill Country setting, it includes several period buildings oriented along an unpaved main boulevard, with underground utilities, good access, abundant parking, secure entries and expandability. Buildings currently include a schoolhouse, church, post office/general store, butcher shop, blacksmith shop, barn, two farmhouses and log cabin. In 2002-03, Star Hill was leased to Disney/Texia and used for costume/wardrobe facilities in their production of THE ALAMO. |

This historic Western town was reconstructed using period architecture from the late 1800s and is original in size to real western towns and nestled among old-growth trees. Main Street and the interior of each building are decorated with period light fixtures, provisions, stained-glass, wood stoves and antiques. Set beyond a flowing stream, Storybook Ranch is comprised of the following turn-of-the-century historic structures: old-fashioned saloon, old western inn, general store, apothecary, historic chapel, bank, opry house, barber shop, blacksmith, post, livery stable, feed store, undertaker's parlor, jail and campfire cooking areas. |

Tin Star Ranch has a permanent Old West Town located 12 miles north of Fredericksburg, Texas, near Enchanted Rock. We have an authentic 1880s Victorian style saloon complete with a 30 foot oak bar, called the Longhorn Palace Saloon. Across the street are authentic replicas of Dodge City, the Lonesome Dove set, The Jersey Lilly (Judge Roy Bean's saloon) and the Alamo. Built on a hill, the views of the surrounding pastures are spectacular. Approachway pier is designed to enable heavy vehicles access directly on to the hangar deck and/or the elevator for movement to flight deck as required. Located on Corpus Christi Bay.
