17 Member Emerging Technology Fund Advisory Committee

• The Governor shall appoint a 17 member Emerging Technology Fund (ETF) Advisory Committee.
• The ETF advisory committee is composed of individuals who are industry leaders in this state or who are nationally recognized researchers from public or private institutions of higher education in this state.
• The appointed members of the ETF advisory committee will serve a two year term, subject to the pleasure of the Governor.

The Advisory Committee shall:

• review proposals from all three components of the fund and make recommendations, through evaluation processes, to the Governor, Lt. Governor and Speaker
